Students at the University are expected to observe University policies and procedures, to respect persons and property and to show courtesy and consideration at all times. The University hopes that the need for disciplinary action will be rare. Any alleged misconduct will be dealt with in accordance with these procedures.
Please note that in accordance with GDPR Regulations any third party supporting evidence can only be accepted if accompanied by a completed third party consent form.

An Allegation of Student Misconduct Form should be used when submitting an allegation of student misconduct. At the formal investigation stage an investigating officer will investigate the allegation.
Students have the right to request a review against the penalty which has been imposed by the Disciplinary Committee. Requests for review can only be considered where they meet the grounds for review as detailed in the regulations. The request for review must be submitted to the Student Casework Unit and should be received not later than 10 working days after the formal notification of the outcome of the Disciplinary Committee.
